Chaat Chatpati

Its time for the foodies in the capital to rejoice as they’ll get to savour the culinary delicacies of Old Delhi in 5-star comfort, thanks to the Chat Chatpati festival that is on at the Intercontinental The Grand Hotel till the 15th of August. There are favorites like banta soda, zafrani lassi and badam ki thandai along with golgappas, spicy aloo chaat, raj kachoris and dahi bhallas.

Then there’s also bedvi kachori, seekh kabab and the famous parathas from the parathewali galli. You can also have Nizam’s kathi rolls and korma right from the heart of Old Delhi. Finally wrap up your meal with some mouth watering desserts like the tille wali kulfi or piping hot desi ghee jalebis along with some rabri.
