By participating in "Write for Delhi" Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Competitions.

Write for Delhi

We have launched a monthly "Write for Delhi" Competition , where the winner can win 2 movie tickets. All you need to do is write an article on any topic related to Delhi, for example an article on Qutub Minar, Places to Visit, Changing skyline of the city etc.. All entries will automatically be entered into the competition. At the end of every month the best article will win 2 movie tickets.

RULES

• Awards start on the first and close on the last day of each month.

• To enter the competition, just log on to the site and go to Create Content (www.delhilive.com/node/add) and either create a blog or a page entry.

• Multiple entries per person will be accepted.

• The winners will be selected by a panel of judges, who will review all the eligible entries and then decide the best overall entry from a review of all eligible entries for that month. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Winner will be announced by the 10th of the following month

• Winners will win a pair of movie tickets.The prize does not include any transport costs to or from the venue.

• Due to the nature of the award, the competition is open to Delhi residents only

• Entrants will not be entitled to payment for their entries.

• If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering.

• Entrants must take responsibility to ensure that their entries are entirely original and do not breach any existing copyright or other rights.

• Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their entry does not infringe any rights.

• We do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet.

• Our decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

• We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control.

• The winner(s) will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible after the Competition draw and their name will be published on the Delhilive.com website.

• On submission, your entry becomes the property of Delhilive.com, and you give Delhilive.com a worldwide, irrevocable licence to reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate and broadcast all or part of it in any form and media, and to sublicense those rights to others. You also consent to us editing, re-using, storing, reproducing and communicating your entry in any medium. You as the author will be attributed in the entry.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of India

• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules as well as the general 'Terms and Conditions' of the site (www.delhilive.com/terms) and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
