Noida Authority has come out with an attractive residential scheme for 371 super deluxe and deluxe residential duplex apartments in three sectors. The scheme entails provision for allotment of 371 deluxe/ super deluxe duplex apartments with sizes on independent plot areas from 125 square meters to 180 square meter plots. The scheme has been exclusively targeted towards buyers having a high budget. While the minimum amount for each apartment with built plot size of 125 square meters starts from Rs 80.53 lakh, the budgeted amount for apartments built on bigger plots moves right upto Rs 1.12 crore.
These apartments have been launched in four sectors, including Sectors 62, 82, 108 and 135. The maximum of 350 apartments are on offer in Sector 135, which is a comparatively lesser developed, but has the largest plot size of 180 square meters.
