"DLF Women's Indian Open 2008"
The second edition of DLF Women's Indian Open. With a total prize money of US$120,000, the DLF Women's Indian Open shall be played over 54 holes (3 Rounds) Stroke Play. The tournament has been designed to promote golf among women in India.
Over 60 International women pros have confirmed to participate in the tournament including the LPGA star and the World Cup winner Celeste Troche of Paraguay, Simi Mehra, Irina Brar, Kiran Matharu, Fame More, Rie Shiraki, Phatlum Pornanong, Chun Wang etc. Top performers of Faldo Series Asia 2007 will also be playing in the tournament.
