Served up hot between 4 pm and 7 pm in the evening, the a la carte presentation offers you the flavours of Mumbai with Bombay Pao Bhaji, and Vada Pao. The popular, ‘chaat’ dish Ragda Pattice offering you the authentic taste of the dried yellow pea and patties. The delicious offerings from the heart of Delhi are the spicy Chole-Kulcha, Boti Kebab and the piping hot Bread Pakoras served absolutely crisp. The southern regions find ample representation in Mysore Bonda, and the Dosa roll platter. The Chicken 65 offers the piquant blend of flavours that makes it such a popular dish as does the Masala Vada. The popular Jal Mori, Kathi rolls both veg and non veg vie for attention from the Land of Howrah (Kolkota)
