20/04/2007 - 18:00

Indian art has made a unique presence in the world by its versatility and its cross cultural connection. Today's exhibition is a world class fusion of western and Indian art forms. The exhibition shows Indian Flowering Trees that take inspiration from the deep Japanese interest and custom of hanami or sakura-flower viewing and how similar fusion can be made in the Indian context.

Venue: Tenshin Okakura Gallery, The Japan Foundation, 5-A, Ring Road, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi 110 024
