The word ‘ outsource’ became popular when big US companies in banking, insurance and so on started outsourcing the customer support services from some Asian countries particularly India.

But if we think a bit deeply we will be startled to realize that every individual everywhere in the world is practicing outsourcing in several ways without being conscious of his doing so.

We outsource our joys and sorrows all the time. Alexander Pope, the famous 18th century English poet said: What's fame? a fancy'd life in other's breath ….

Just substitute the word ‘fame’ with  ‘joy and sorrow’ and we will realize the  stark profundity of this universal truth.

We become sad or happy when we imagine what others think about us even if they actually might not be doing so.

We outsource the very basics of our life. We become sad or happy when someone chooses to make us so by his word or deed.

This is where comes Inner Engineering as propounded by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev of Isha Foundation. Isha is a form of ancient Indian meditation.

The Sadhguru is scheduled to address the World Economic Forum at Davos for the fourth year running in January 2009.

The Sadhguru frequently holds public interactive meeting in Delhi. One such meeting is being held at Siri Fort Auditorium---Khel Gaon Marg—New Delhi on 22nd November 2008 at 6.30 pm.
