I am regular in touch with Nitishree people but after some time staff who deals Changed, Intially they are saying that there DPRA is not approved and now they are saying that they have FUND problems and they are talking to some company in singapore for funds,I think all this is fake stories.

My feeling is they have some leagal issues going in court for land accqucasation. I am also holding one plot in Nitishree.Please let me know if some made some group to talk to them leagally.

Please tell me what to do as i have put my all Lifes hard earned money in this Flop project.

Please tell me what to do should I wait & watch or should I take money back then I will be loossing 10% of total money thats majour amoint for me or should I swith to any other projects in meerut road which only I can afford atleast If I will get my money transferred . And also should I invest In meerut road also or not becuase I have lost faith in Nitishree they are cheaters. Every month I am paying hefty amounts of EMI which I can bear any more.

I had booked a villa on NH24 by taking a personal loan and now when you talk to Mr. Tiwari, he makes you feel like an idiot who has invested money with them. They say that the refund will be given in the form of a 9 month post dated cheque of get your money trasfered into some other project of theirs. He was trying to convince me on investing into a shop for which the digging has yet to start.

Is anyone preparing a case for refunds, I would like to be a part of the same.

Thanks for the long letter with explanation. Now would you mind putting some dates together and letting everybody know on the project plan. When does the construction start, when do we have to give subsequent payments, What would be the progress every month. Can you give this plan in writing? I don't think you can do that because your company doesn't have any plan.

I took a personal loan of 9 lakhs from a bank at a high interest rate thinking that I would get the plot in two years and probably pay-off the loan as well but today it is the third year and I don't know how many more years will pass by before I get the posession.

I am pretty sure your Chairman is taking the same path as Mr. Moti Lal Goel had taken a few years back. I won't hesitate to say that your company is sitting on a big scam.

Nitisheree builders are such a cheater builder. They are just minting money in the name of good investment. However, I don't have any plot but my three friends are today feel that they have been cheated and ready to sell their plot even at less price. The acutal price is 7205/- however now they can even sold them for 6000/-. I will advice to all not to search any plot with Nitishree

They are taking the investers for ride. I had a talk with the marketing executive today and he says that the it will take another six months to start the project ie by Dec 2008. They are advising people to switch to different projects. They have already closed down their NH-58 project. Lets all unite and make him understand the hard earned money that we have invested and proceed for legal action against them for fraud and cheating.

Nitishree has really done a horrible job at Lotus Pond and are asking xtra money to finish the flats. Their employees are big liar, anyway they are getting money just for this only. I would suggest everyone not to invest money with Nitishree otherwise your hard earned money could vanish at any time.

Lotus Pond project, their first, is already delayed by 14 months. Nitishree has stopped construction and are demanding extra money to the tune of upto Rs 3.5 lakhs per flat to resume construction. The quality of construction material / woodwork is poor. Promises made earlier of luxury flat have been broken. Nitishree is neither concerned about their reputation or any legal action.

Their NH-24 Shouryapuram project on Hapur Bypass, is in a worse state. Construction has not even started and it should have been completed by now. Land acquisitions is still not complete

Their NH-58 project on Meerut Road has hardly any Land acquisitions.

Get involved with Nitishree if you are keen on get involved in long legal actions on Nitishree
