Welcome Guest

NU-DELI

As you step on to the hard wood parquet of Nu-Deli you sure have the option of chilling out on the ground level lounge where an arched water body in one corner creates a shimmering effect in aquamarine blue. Each table in the lounge retains its individuality and provides sense of privacy or you can move up the three levels of fine dining all the way up to the open terrace.

Beautifully hung photographs adorn the walls and an eight-hour non-stop slide show on the first floor brings lovely images of streets of Paris. Coming to the food the menu offers flavors from all along the Mediterranean coast .The cuisine has a slant towards the French region with dashes of Spanish, Moroccan and Mediterranean fare, and a whiff of Italian.

To start with it’s a great idea to go for the finest selection of wines and liquor along with your starters. The “Lean Pork Fillet” (pork fingers marinated with garlic and brandy, and tossed with French beans); served on exquisite Italian crockery matched with elegant Noritaki cutlery will have you asking for more. I’d give my vote any day to the Grilled fish fingers, simply awesome and so are the mini pizettes with various toppings, different and yummy especially the sun dried tomato one.

Soup lovers should not leave without trying the “Little Stuffed Hats in Broth” (herb cheese stuffed pasta hats in a hearty saffron and vegetable broth), nice and flavorful .The Salad de resistance is definitely the “Salad de Chevre”, carved out of asparagus, orange, French goat cheese and onion on a bed of greens with Balsamic vinegar dressing. For the main-course go for the Moroccan curry with couscous available in an option of Veg, chicken and Lamb.

Vegetarians would love the Aubergines and Courgette Bake and Tagine. Seafood enthusiasts can rejoice for you’ll be spoilt for choice. To end on a sweet note go for the Chocolate Gateaux or a choice of homemade ice cream. Service at this well-appointed restaurant is near faultless.

Though the food at Nu-deli is very good, go there only if you want to indulge and spoilt yourself for a day or it’s with someone special, or a special business meeting. This place is terribly expensive so make sure to check your wallet before heading for Nu-deli.
