For the middle income masses here is good news. Under a newly launched residential scheme, the Greater Noida authority is offering the middle-income group a rare opportunity to book and own exclusive, independent, expandable and well finished houses.
As per the scheme, the Greater Noida authority will construct 3000 houses in sector 3, Xu – II and Xu – III. The size of the plot will be 120 sq. meter while the built up area will be 98.24 sq. meter.
The cost of each house is Rs 29.98 lakhs and allotment will be done through a lucky draw. The application form for this scheme is available at selected branches of SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Axis, PNB, Indian Bank, Canara Bank, BoB, Bank of Maharashtra, Union Bank of India, Vijaya Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce. The scheme closes on 8th of March 2008.
The allottees will be permitted to construct additional space beyond already approved building plan. Constructions not conforming to the plan would have to be approved. The houses will have 2 bedrooms, 1 drawing room, kitchen and a bathroom. The housing complex will be built in new sectors like 3, Xu-II and Xu-III and will have a swimming pool, park, community centre, post office, hospital, shopping complex and parking.
According to Sudhir Kumar, Additional CEO, “the major attraction of the complex are uninterrupted supply of drinking water and power, green areas, proposed metro, airport and world’s fourth night safari”.
The authorized area for plots and commercial facilities will be 65% of the total area as per population norms permitted in the master plan 2021.
Developers will provide provisions for other facilities like nursery school, senior secondary school, nursing home, convenience shopping, etc.
To get rid of the overcrowded Delhi, the Greater Noida authority will also invite tender for commercial scheme on two bids system for plots in sectors like Alpha2, Delta2 and Gamma 2.
