This one is specially for lovers of history and ancient monuments as the India Habitat Centre is organizing ’Pani Ki Kahani’ - a walk in the archaeologically rich Mehrauli area tracing the story of water – right from the lost river of Tehkhand to the Hauz-e-Shamsi to the Sawan Badhon Chashma, Gandhak Baoli and Rajaon Ki Baoli. The walk will be a very enlightening lesson in history and will include several interesting anecdotes from those times.

Prior registration for the walk is mandatory at the Programme desk at the India Habitat Centre. It is advisable to register as soon as possible since the number of seats is limited and tend to get booked by many Habitat members quiet early on.
